EPLF auf der Interbuild 2000: Halle 5, Stand 5863
Zum ersten Mal präsentiert sich der EPLF, Verband der Europäischen Laminatfußbodenhersteller e.V., vom 21.-25 Mai auf der Interbuild 2000 im National Exhibition Centre (NEC) Birmingham: Halle 5, Stand 5863. Der EPLF repräsentiert die führenden Hersteller von Laminatfußböden in Europa, die zusammen mehr als 70 % des europäischen Marktangebots abdecken. Erklärtes Ziel des Verbandes ist es, am Markt ein Bewußtsein für die Qualität von Laminatfußböden zu schaffen. Der EPLF war maßgeblich an der Entwicklung der neuen Euro-Norm für Laminatfußböden EN 13329 beteiligt. 		German

Mit Volldampf voraus - Europäische Laminatbodenhersteller ruhen nicht auf "Lorbeeren" aus
Mit zurückhaltendem Optimismus war die Laminatfußbodenbranche an das Jahr 1999 herangegangen, so der Tenor der Verlautbarungen zur Domotex vor einem Jahr. Tatsächlich erweckte das erste Halbjahr '99 Befürchtungen, als ob dieses zumindest in Teilbereichen noch etwas zu blauäugig gewesen sei. Aber die zweite Jahreshälfte wischte solchen Pessimismus souverän vom Tisch. Der Absatz entwickelte sich bestens und am Ende stehen nach ersten Hochrechnungen wie in den Vorjahren durchweg zweistellige Zuwachsraten unter'm Strich: In West- wie Osteuropa, auch im stärksten europäischen Einzelmarkt Deutschland sowie auf den außereuropäischen Märkten.
